Reiki is so simple it can be used by anyone, even by children. You don't learn Reiki, you accept it.

It amplifies and enhances your natural ability to heal.

Working with Reiki increases your self-awareness and accelerates your personal development.

In order to channel Reiki you have to attend a First Degree course, which usually takes place over a weekend.  During the course you will receive four attunements which clear your healing channels and enable the Life Force Energy to flow through you.  The empowerment is there for life.  You will also practice giving yourself and others healing treatments with the guidance of the Reiki Master.

Deep spiritual, emotional and physical adjustments are set in motion by the Reiki attunements.  Practising Reiki every day and honouring the principles, as taught by Dr. Usui, fills your heart with the light of unconditional love for all life.

Once you have been attuned you will be able to channel the healing energy to those who wish to receive it and to work on yourself towards greater balance within.

After some time you may wish to advance your healing capacity by attending a Second Degree course, also usually over a weekend.  This includes two further attunements and the teaching of techniques for distant healing.  This can take place across time and space.
