As well as doing hands-on healing Reiki can be used in your everyday life. You can give Reiki to animals and plants.

• You can hold your hands over food or hold drinks and give them a Reiki dose.
• You can give medications Reiki by holding them before you take your dosage.
• Anything you can hold your hands over can receive Reiki.

After Reiki Level II you are able to send energy at a distance to people or situations. This opens you up to world healing capabilities.
